Customers who start at the $299 founders rate remain at $299/month for as long as their subscription is active and continuous, subject to the final executed terms.

Month-to-month from day one. There is no initial term, minimum commitment, or long-term contract. Cancel before your next renewal to prevent the next monthly subscription charge, subject to the final executed terms. Usage or third-party charges already incurred remain payable.

SMS, email, calling, AI, payment processing, and other metered or third-party services may have separate charges based on actual use. These are variable and depend on activity in your account and the providers involved. Provider rates, features, and availability can change and are set by those providers.

The Wellmon Detailer Growth System is not offered on a free trial basis.

Wellmon does not guarantee leads, bookings, revenue, rankings, ratings, reviews, or any specific outcome. What Wellmon provides is installation and ongoing access to the system components described on the landing page.

Only 10 new systems are built each month. This is a real implementation limit because each build requires website, workflow, and AI configuration attention from our team. Availability in any given month is not guaranteed.

The system integrates with third-party providers (for example, communications, payment processing, calendar, and review sources). Provider policies, terms, availability, supported features, and fees govern those providers' components. Changes made by providers may affect functionality.

Payment processing is subject to the terms, underwriting, availability, and policies of the connected payment provider. Wellmon does not act as a payment processor and does not control provider decisions regarding acceptance, holds, chargebacks, or fees.

The Detailer Review System is designed to comply with honest-feedback practices. Every customer sees the same feedback page with two options — leave a public review on a connected source, or send private feedback directly to the business. There is no review gating and no incentives are offered for positive reviews.

Any questions regarding ownership or transfer of the website, workflows, or other system components — including at cancellation — are controlled by the contractual documents provided at signup, not by the marketing copy on this page.
