This is a baseline privacy statement for the Wellmon Detailer Growth System, provided as a starting point for legal review. It does not replace a final privacy policy reviewed by qualified counsel.

Information Wellmon may process

Business contact information from prospective and active customers; end-customer contact information provided to run the detailing business (name, phone, email, address, vehicle details); communications (messages, calls, transcripts); booking, estimate, invoice, and payment metadata; website analytics; and integration data with connected third-party providers.

How information is used

To install, operate, and support the Growth System; to run the customer journey the subscriber configures (inquiry response, booking, payment, follow-up, reviews); to provide reporting; to communicate about the service; and to comply with applicable law.

Third-party providers

The system integrates with third-party providers (for example, communications, payment processing, calendar, hosting, AI, and review sources). Those providers process information under their own terms and privacy policies.

Sharing

Information is shared with providers necessary to deliver the service, with recipients the subscriber directs (for example, message recipients), and where required by law.

Retention

Information is retained while the subscription is active and for a reasonable period afterward, subject to legal requirements and provider retention rules.

Security

Reasonable administrative and technical measures are used to protect information. No system is perfectly secure.

Choices and rights

Depending on jurisdiction, individuals may have rights regarding their information (for example, access, correction, deletion). Requests can be sent to contact@wellmonsystems.com.

Children

The service is for business use and is not directed to children.

Changes

This baseline may be updated. Material changes will be communicated as appropriate.
