Terms
These are baseline terms for the Wellmon Detailer Growth System ($299/month plan) and are provided as a starting point for legal review. They are not attorney-approved and do not replace the executed contractual documents provided at signup, which control in the event of any conflict. References to "Wellmon," "Wellmon Systems," "we," "us," or "our" mean Artivonix Solutions LLC d/b/a Wellmon Systems.
1. Plan
The Wellmon Detailer Growth System is a monthly subscription at $299 per month. There is no setup fee.
2. Term and renewal
The plan is month-to-month from day one. There is no initial term, minimum commitment, or long-term contract. The subscription renews each month until cancelled per the executed agreement.
3. Usage and third-party fees
SMS, email, calling, AI, payment processing, and other metered or third-party services may have separate charges based on actual use. Provider terms and fees govern those services.
4. No free trial
The plan is not offered on a free trial basis.
5. No guarantees
Wellmon does not guarantee leads, bookings, revenue, rankings, ratings, reviews, or any specific outcome. Wellmon provides installation of, and ongoing access to, the system components described on the marketing page.
6. Capacity
Wellmon builds a limited number of new systems each month. Availability in any given month is not guaranteed.
7. Provider dependencies and changes
The system integrates with third-party providers whose availability, features, terms, and fees are outside Wellmon's control. Changes made by those providers may affect functionality.
8. Payment providers
Payment processing is subject to the terms, underwriting, and policies of the connected payment provider. Wellmon is not a payment processor.
9. Honest feedback and reviews
The Detailer Review System is configured to offer every customer the same feedback options — public review or private feedback — with no review gating and no incentives for positive reviews.
10. Ownership and transfer
Any questions regarding ownership, transfer, or continued access to the website, workflows, integrations, or other system components are controlled by the executed contractual documents provided at signup.
11. Cancellation
The subscription is month-to-month from day one and may be cancelled before the next renewal to prevent the next monthly subscription charge, subject to the terms of the executed agreement. Usage or third-party charges already incurred remain payable.
12. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wellmon's liability is limited as set out in the executed agreement provided at signup.
13. Changes to these terms
Wellmon may update these baseline terms. Material changes affecting active subscribers are addressed by the executed agreement.
